Licence terms

The deal, in plain words.

AWO is licensed, not sold. This is the summary anyone should read before paying; the full terms ship inside the download and are what govern.

What you may do

What you may not do

Money

If you stop paying

Nothing is deleted, disabled remotely or held hostage. Your workflows stay on your disk as plain files and keep running within the free limits. AWO cannot reach out and switch itself off, because it never phones home in the first place.

What is guaranteed, and what is not

AWO is provided as it is. It runs on your machine, calls models you choose and performs actions you configure, so the results are yours to check — especially where a workflow can write code, run commands or post publicly. Those capabilities are off by default for exactly this reason.

We are not liable for what a workflow you built does, for costs run up with a model provider, or for indirect losses. Where a limit of liability is enforceable, it is limited to what you paid in the previous twelve months. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Your data

Covered separately and in detail on the privacy policy. The short of it: the product sends nothing, and the website stores no IP addresses.

Changes

If these terms change, the date above changes. A change that materially reduces what you get will not be applied to a licence period you have already paid for.
